Description

Even in the middle of the city, nature will find a way. Something new from the Wild Workshop. Snap Apple, fermented using wild yeasts cultured up from apples growing on a forgotten old tree hidden behind a building three doors up for the Wild Workshop. This 'inner city culture' was pitched into freshly pressed Kingston Black cider apple juice shared with Garage Project by the generous and beautiful people at Peckham's and then aged for close to a year in a mixture of oak brandy and winde barrels. The result is a truly wild dry cider, bursting with perfumed apple aroma, delicate tannins and just a touch of vanilla oak sweetness.
