Dietary Information
We cater for special dietary requirements including Vegetarian & Gluten Free - Look for the Vegetarian and Gluten Free tags in our catering section for applicable products.
Should you have any additional dietary needs or queries, please contact our online team to discuss further.
Hours
FreshChoice City Market Catering is only available Monday to Friday. In order to prepare the best possible food for your occasion, we do require 48 business hours’ notice on all catering orders.
Delivery Fee
Our Catering delivery service is available between 8 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday. Orders will have a $10.00 delivery charge. If you want your order to be delivered more than 5 km from FreshChoice City Market, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery charge.
Order Management
If a catering order is cancelled within 24 hours of the booked and agreed collection or delivery window, due to the hand-crafted nature of our catering service, you will be responsible for the full charge of the order.
Please do not add additional products to any orders that have already been submitted.

To prevent food-borne illness upon receipt of this food product follow these accompanying guidelines:
- Please read and observe the guidelines in the food safety pamphlet issued to you with your delivery.
- If the item is to be served hot, immediately reheat the hot food item to above 75°C.
- If the item is to be served cold, immediately refrigerate the cold food item to below 4°C.
- Consume the product within 24 hours.
- Discard all leftover food products.
- A copy of ingredients and allergens contained in the products is available on request.
